We have had a few people using our contact form for support requests, these requests are ignored.
The reasons for us ignoring them, is they go through to our sales staff, not our Support Staff.
If you are in need of support, you can email support@AusNetServers.com.au or simply go to www.AusNetServers.com.au/support which is our Support Desk, and our Support Staff will do there best to answer tickets as quickly as possible.
The reasons for the Contact box are for those people interested in contacting AusNet Servers Australia for Pre Sales questions, or for General Reasons.
We thank you for your understanding,

To AusNet Users and Customers,
AusNet Servers had some unexpected DNS issues after moving our web server over to another provider. Lack of support from both the domain registrar and the new web server provider caused AusNet too have almost two weeks of downtime for majority of our services.
We at AusNet apologise for the inconvenience caused to the people who use AusNet services.
If you sent an email within that two week period, please resend the email as we didn't receive it due to our DNS issues, once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. |

We've found a error with the contact system page, and it hasn't actually sent any email's to staff when it is suppost to.
We appologise for this, and while we are working on this, please email support@AusNetServers.com.au directly, rather than using that Contact Form.
Thank you for your understanding.
*UPDATE* 29/09/08 - 5:30pm AEST

Thanks for your patience. |

We are sorry to inform our users, that we have been suffering from a few DDoS (Distrubtive Denial of Service) attacks on our network tonight, some of these attacks have been directed at our servers, some have also been directed at some other networks hosted at the DataCentre we are located at.
We are currently looking into a way of fixing this as best as possible for our customers, as we strive for Professionalism, and these DDoS attacks don't allow us to be as professional as we can be.
We will keep you updated with information as we recieve them ourselves.

AusNet Servers have been hosted with "dedicatedservers.net.au" for the past month. In that time we have suffered major network problems, as we are sure alot of you have witnessed by now. AusNet Servers main goal is to provide quality, not rubbish, so at our expense we are moving our servers over to a more reliable network.
Once again we apologise for the terrible month, but if you stick with us things are bound to improve, all the loss of packets in the past few weeks has been the provider, not us.
Within the end of this month we are moving to a more reliable provider and hope you enjoy. |
