COVID-19 – Businesses Impacted

As you are well and truly experiencing, there is a huge demand for COVID-19 related service changes, upgrades and new orders on our staff, this has put extra strain on our staff in particular our ability to meet SLA ticket target timeframes.

Effective immediately we are suspending support SLA penalties until further notice. SLA’s for fibre services that customers have with us will continue to be honored on a case by case basis as stipulated by the upstream carrier.

Top assist in the burden for all of our customers, effective immediately and back dating to 01/03/2020 we will be waiving all late payment fees and service suspensions for a period of 3 months and then re-assessing with a possibility of extending this decision. ‘

This will not waive the invoice value, but will apply extensions and avoid service suspension and recoveries action for non payment effecting services.

We would appreciate customers that are able to pay their invoices continue to do so and customers that are entering financial hardship that they contact us via our contact page or your client portal

Christmas Closure

Scheduled Network Maintenance

Please note that we will be doing maintenance and replacements on our core border routers and BGP sessions on Wednesday 14th October 2015 between 9AM – 6PM. We do expect wide spread outages across all our services. We urge you to contact the ANSA NOC on 1300 990 293 before 4PM Tuesday 13th of October 2015 if you have any questions.

We will provide updates closer to the date. However this has been 12 months in the planing to allow extra upstream carrier capacity into our network.

2014 / 2015 Christmas Break

Well its come that time of year again, the office is getting quieter and things are slowing down as we all prepare to spend time with our friends and family and welcome in yet another very hectic 2015.

I would like to take this opportunity to take the chance to thank all of our carriers, suppliers and clients for making this year very interesting and colorful.

We have lots of new things planed for the new year. Some of the most mention able are:

– Opening Dedicated Server operations in Equinox ME1 ( Melbourne)
– Expanding our Sydney Server Fleet

We have all new service pricing taking effect as of February 1st 2015 as well as some Christmas specials. So make sure you keep on the lookout.

Please note that Aus Net Servers Australia Pty Ltd will be operating on an increased workload and decreased staff capacity over the christmas / new year period between Friday 12th December 2014 and January 15th 2015.

We will be closed from Friday 19th December 2014 and will reopen in a limited capacity on Monday January 5th 2015.

On a personal note I wish all our clients a safe and prosperous festive season and a happy new year and we will be back bright eyed and busy tailed for the new year.

2013 Quartly Roundup

It has been a busy few months here at Aus Net Servers Australia. Several things have happened since our last blog update in January.

Aus Net Servers Australia has completed re-structured from the ground up to become a Pty Ltd company. For many years we have been a”Regional Australian Registered Business” trading in Victoria, many saw us as a small company there to support our client base but failed to see our real commitment to their ICT Needs. becoming an Pty Ltd re-enforces the fact that we are here for the long hall and will be here to support out clients now and into the future.

Although 2013 is only a little under a 3rd completed we have been busy replacing equipment  and planing new packages for 2014 along with picking up the pace in anticipation for the National Broadband Network due to roll out in Horsham in the last quarter / first quarter of 2014. 

The contractors have already been selected for the roll out throughout Horsham and surrounding suburbs. Field work is due to start by November 2013  

Aus Net Servers Australia has commenced work on new service packages for both our Retail website and the business website. These packages are due to be released for public review in August 2013. So look out for our new packages and tell us what you think.

ANSA Annual Maintenance

Well its that time of year again – the offices are quieter, everyone is on Christmas / New Years break. It has come to that time of year again where we do a full service of all of our internal ticketing, monitoring and support services. 

During these 7 days certain services (during certain small window periods) may be un-available. We urge customers to call our Sales & Support Centre on 1300 933 038 or our Network Operations Centre  on 1300 769 629 for support, sales or billing enquires.

We will try our hardest to do as much of the work during the graveyard hours (11PM – 7AM) but there is a lot of work that needs to be done.

We will be upgrading a lot of our ticketing systems to newer, faster and more echo friendly cloud clustered servers and implementing new features and updates to improve the overall performance of our network.

We ask when you do call up that you are patient with our staff during this period as the system will be responding very slowly depending on the work that is being carried out.

The set window is from 12AM Monday the 7th of January 2012 until 6AM Friday the 11th of January 2012.

We do not expect that any of these service upgrades and modifications will impact on any shared, dedicated or colo location services. Certain management features from your billing portal will be unavailable between 11PM & 7AM.
