We are aware of an outage that is effecting connectivity to our datacentre. We have been in contact with one of our carriers and an update is expect by 11PM.
Update 1 [Added 05/09/2016 – 20:22]: Our carrier has advised us that engineers are on site and are investigating the issue.
Update 2 [Added 05/09/2016 – 20:51]: Our carrier has advised us that the issue is between Melbourne and Ballarat. They are still investigating
Update 3 [Added 05/09/2016 – 21:22]: Services are slowly coming back online. We are continuing to monitor our services.
